So, how has the week been for you folks so far? I love the autumn season and am especially fond of the exquisite wind that blows around this time of year that scoops up the fallen leaves of many colours and whisks them around. Perhaps this is why I always have the urge to travel at this time of year. I'm in awe of the leaves that - after being swept off the ground - land somewhere far away from where they started. Hmmm. Where should it be this year? I'll let you know if I decide to come to your part of the world.
I'm sorry to say that I will not be able to complete my Fall Reading Challenge list as it stands now because I absolutely cannot get any further with "Ulysses". I gave it the old college try but the punctuation and the lack of coherence have totally turned me off. So, I've returned it to the library in disgust. That disgust is not of the book but of the fact that I just couldn't bring myself to even get close to finishing it. Not to despair though, I've got a new one. It's entitled "Home Recording Made Easy" and I bought it to give me a little more background for my course. So far, it's pretty interesting.
Besides the weather, the early darkness and the reading, things are just moving along. I'm still adjusting to getting up when it's still dark but I think I can conquer that...
